Mission Statement

The mission of the Senior Club is: To create Australian football history.

Our mission as a junior football club is based on many or varied aims that share equal importance in the development of junior football.

Our major aim as a junior club is to develop and create players capable of playing in the South Melbourne Seniors.

We also aim for:

·        fair play and sportsmanship

·        integrity

·        respect for others

·        discipline

·        active involvement in the community

South Melbourne Junior Football club has a proven track record of developing some of the best players this country has seen. Many Socceroos both past and present have at some time in their career worn the blue and white of South Melbourne.

We prepare our players by hiring the best coaches available who are professional and certified. These coaches are charged with the responsibility to assemble the best teams available based on skill, temperament and passion to play for the club.
