The notice to members dated 14 November 2003, regarding the meeting on the 7th December 2003 incorrectly advised that the meeting would be an Annual General Meeting. The meeting in fact is an Extraordinary General Meeting of members that has been specifically convened to communicate with members about the general progress of the club and specifically about important issues such as the future of the National Soccer Competition.
The agenda items with reference to the audited accounts and elections are not relevant although an update will be provided as to the clubs management accounts for the year to 30th June 2003.
The meeting will commence at 3.30pm in the Albert by the Lake reception room at Bob Jane Stadium.
