South Melbourne FC would like to announce that it has agreed to work with an independent lawyer appointed by the FFV, in investigating the circumstances and reasoning that led to the game being forfeited.
The club is willing to co-operate for the purposes of the investigation and wishes to bring a just and timely resolution to this issue in order to concentrate on defending its VPL title.
