Coming from an emphatic 5-1 victory over the North Geelong Warriors, South were able to secure a 2-0 victory over the Melbourne Knights after a first half goal to Schroen in the 28th minute and a second half goal to Lujic in the 88th minute. Now sitting on top of the table courtesy of goal difference, South will striving to hold onto top spot with three points against Hume City away from home.
