South Melbourne FC is thrilled to announce the signing of Jai Ingham for the upcoming 2022 NPL Victorian season.
Ingham is a name familiar to football fans in Australia having played in the A-League with the Brisbane Roar and Melbourne Victory, including forming part of Victory’s Championship winning attack during the 2017-18 season. He also had a stint prior to this at Hume City where he reached the FFA Cup Quarter Final alongside Marcus Schroen.
Most recently he spent time in the Philippines, before a very short stint back in his native Queensland with the Gold Coast Knights.
The four-time New Zealand international will add substantial quality to the South attacking line-up and will be looking to have an immediate impact for the club, be it on either wing or as a striker.

He is no stranger when it comes to football in Australia, having played many years in the A league with Victory and Brisbane Roar and appearing in league and Asian champions league matches. A big player now signing with the most historical club in the country. I personally welcome him to South and wish him all the success this season.
