South Melbourne FC sends its warmest congratulations to a couple of long time supporters in Nick and Lee, who married on Saturday.
Both have been members of the club for over 20 years and are regulars week in and week out watching the South Melbourne side play. They also regularly made interstate trips to watch games back when the club was competing in the National Soccer League.
One of the highlights of their celebrations on Saturday was taking photos on the field of the famous Bob Jane Stadium, the place where they met and in an environment that they both love dearly.
The couple leave for their honeymoon to Europe on Thursday.
We wish Nick and Lee (“Mr and Mrs Banger”) all the best for a happy future together.
