Mi Media Holdings, owners of miRoamer – a global innovator in the Internet radio industry – has commenced trading on the First Quotation Board of the Open Market on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with the ticker symbol 8MK.
The listing provides Mi Media with access to the European capital markets, which will help fund future growth and expansion plans into Europe and Asia. In addition, the company plans to begin aggressively pursuing acquisition targets to add value and provide a strategic benefit to Mi Media.
