South Melbourne FC advises members that both the South Melbourne FC and South Melbourne Hellas Annual General Meetings will be held on Thursday 19 November 2026 at 7pm.

The agenda will include:
- Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
- Finance Report and presentation of the Club’s audited accounts.
- Presidents’ Report.
- Appointment of auditors and determination of their remuneration.
- Any other business for which due notice has been given.
The Audited financial accounts, will be available in printed and electronic formats 14 days before the meeting. Members can acquire a copy by emailing the club.
