South add depth its attack, signing Gippsland striker Henri Scott
South Melbourne FC is pleased to announce that it has signed Henri Scott for the 2022 NPL Victoria season.
Henri joins the club from State League 1 club Warragul United, with the explosive forward scoring on a dozen occasions during the 2021 season.
A former Bullen junior, Scott will be looking to make an impact in the NPL having made the move from country Victoria in recent weeks.
He will provide the club with another quick goal scoring option in the front third, being able to play either on the wing or as a striker.
Speaking to smfc.com.au, SMFC Senior Football Director Andrew Mesourouni welcomed Henri to the club. “Henri is a raw talent who has been exceptional in his time at Warragul United. He is looking for an opportunity at the highest level in the state and has committed to moving to Melbourne in order to make his dream a reality. We look forward to seeing him work hard over the pre-season.”
We wish Henri all the best in his time at Lakeside.
